Highlights: This week, feathery astilbe (Astilbe) begin to reach peak bloom throughout the gardens. Lilies (Lilium) continue their spectacular display, with the cultivars ‘Tiny Moon’ and ‘Tiny Diamond’ welcoming visitors as they make their way into the Emory Welcome Gardens. A corner of the Arbor garden draws special attention with its sea of yellow sundrops (Oenothera tetragona) and white astilbe (Astilbe ‘Deutschland’), interspersed with pops of bright red crocosmia (Crocosmia ‘Lucifer’).
